I went to a screening of We Live In Public last night at Lincoln Center. It’s a great doc and well deserving as grand jury prize winner at Sundance this year. At the Q&A afterwards this guy attacked Josh Harris (the subject of the doc). It’s hard to tell if it’s real or not cause he has spent a lot of his life making these social experiments / art projects (avoiding real human connection blah blah blah).
If it is real then its amazing cause this guy underdog1998 is fucking crazy. If it’s fake then it’s wack. This isn’t Borat and Docs shouldn’t have dinner theater afterwards. And if I’m perpetuating this by writing about it, then at least I’m self-aware that I’m a sucker and living in public.
